Although the picture is not all that great, this really did turn out very pretty.
1. I cut out a few mini
snowflakes from from coffee filters. You could also use tissue paper for this.
2. I then "glued" them onto a jar with liquid starch.
3. Sprinkle with white glitter.
4. Add a candle and your done:)

Looks good to me! A few years ago my kids and I did something similar but we used red and green tissue paper and we all love the glow!
