This week we have been reviewing our letters. Over the holidays things got pretty chaotic and the girls were doing more crafts and we were not focusing so much on school. Now is our chance to get back in the groove with a letter review.
We started off with the letter A! A for ants on anthills!
1. Cut out a letter A!
2.Glue it onto a piece of construction paper.
3. Using a thumb dipped in black paint, print some ants climbing on the "A" anthill.
4. Finished! Simple:)
Love it!!!!
ReplyDeletePerfect! This is the month I start introducing my 3 yr old grandson to numbers and letters. He loves to craft, he loves to learn -- this is the perfect craft for us!
ReplyDeleteI normally don't like ants, but those are cute!
ReplyDeleteGood idea.
I have about a million pictures of me in a dress - in the dirt looking for ants. I had a thing for ants and potato bugs when I was little. So needless to say I love this idea!
ReplyDeleteOh and I love your blog, so go get your award!
Love it!! I also can't wait to do the Chicka Chicka Boom Boom tree - one of our favorite books :)
ReplyDeleteAdorable ants!
ReplyDeleteThere is an award for you at my blog!

ReplyDeleteWanted to tell you that at our Jo-Ann's all the kid's craft kits were on mega clearance!
