Time to face the music again! It's been going well! I have been getting out to walk a lot more because the weather has been very nice. Sticking with the plan that I am on is going great. this week I lost 2.5 lbs. I feel great!
The task for the week is to visit the Tyson products page and choose a product that you could make a healthy meal for your family. A family favorite at my house is salad with chicken cut up on top. We usually use the breaded chicken strips, but if I used the Frozen Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips, I'm sure it would be a much healthier option.

My goal for the week is to stay focused and avoid all the Valentine's candy!

ReplyDeleteGood job on the 2.5 pounds. You are doing swesome. Total of 10 pounds. Woo Hoo!!
Good luck on Valentine's Day. My kids will come over with a boat load of candy after school. Lets hope I have will power.
Congrats, Sandy ,on the loss! My weigh day is tomorrow! I think you should post the recipes that you "re-do" to make healthy. Would love to see them!
ReplyDeleteYou are doing great! Avoiding Valentine's goodies seems like a worthy goal for this week. My hubby also always picks non-breaded/grilled chicken as a lower fat option. :)
ReplyDeleteGood job Sandy! I hope to join in after the babies are born.

ReplyDeleteI buy frozen, boneless, skinless chicken breasts and use those. It's the only chicken I buy now. So easy to slice and stir fry with a little olive oil Pam spray. And the taste is wonderful!
