I have two teenagers who spent most of their early years like this little one above. I'll let you know if they start working in a field such as the one you've referenced (not that there's anything wrong with it - unless it's my kids!!)
When taking embarrassing pictures like this, it's important to remember that one day this child may be the deciding factor in your nursing home future. LOL
