It has been just 4 weeks since the birth of our baby girl Stella. Our sweet baby with the teeny, tiny dimple on her left cheek just like her big sister Madelyn, the little cleft in her chin just like Daddy, and the perfect nose that makes her unmistakeably an Adams. Although she has only been with us for 4 weeks, I can not imagine our lives without her........she's perfect!

Uu-Umbrella
We have some catching up to do with our Alphabet Book, so today I give you letter U! It's nothing special, just a simple umbrella. To make it a little more fun, we used scrapbooking paper. You could also use wrapping paper or even wall paper scraps.

A Muffin Tin Monday, Build Your Own Sundae
Summer time is here and there are no themes for Muffin Tin Monday, so anything goes and nothing says summer like ice cream! Today, we had "build your own" sundaes! I have to say, it was a HUGE hit with the kids. I have even been declared, "THE BEST MOM EVER!" How fabulous is that?!
If you would like to join in on the Muffin Tin Monday fun, go visit the Muffin Tin Mom herself, Michelle!

I Am Happy!
Remember when I said I was going to ease myself back into blogging this week? Well, I didn't exactly do that. I have been so busy just being a Mom that blogging was not really fitting in. But, I am back today to participate in Mamarazzi's Happy List! I have so much to be happy for, so I thought I would share a few things with you! You can play along too! Just write a post about what you are happy for this week and link it up to the linky on Mamarazzi's site!
The first thing on my happy list is being able to stay home with my kids and enjoy summer! It's awesome having a new baby and knowing that I don't have to squeeze in all my snuggling time before I have to return to work! The stress of having to do that with all of my others kids was overwhelming, even if I did take them to the same daycare that I worked at. But, now that I am a SAHM, I can enjoy ALL of my kids ALL the time!
And...speaking of my kids, I am also happy about how much they love their new baby sister! Here are just a few pics of Brandon, Felicia, and Mady with Baby Stella! (Michael and Aaron are still afraid to touch her, LOL!)
Something else that made me happy this week was, opening the mail and finding this lovely card made by my friend Vickie to welcome Stella! How adorable is that?! Thank you Vickie!
This past Sunday, June 13, Mike and I celebrated our 18 wedding anniversary! Through good times and bad, I am still beyond HAPPY to have him as my hubby! :0)
The weather this week has also made me super happy! Today we are taking full advantage of this gorgeous weather to go to Knoebel's Amusement Park! The kids are so excited about going again and that makes me really HAPPY!
So, what are you happy for this week?

Our First Official Week of Summer
First off, let me start by saying thank you all for the well wishes on the birth of Stella. She is amazing and the perfect addition to our family! We are very blessed!
Our first week of summer break has been great! We have spent most of this time sleeping late, lounging around, and baby snuggling! It's wonderful to finally be able to relax. Sadly, just when the kids began their summer vacation, Mike had to return to work. It was kind of a bummer. I was really starting to get used to him being home with us and actually having him awake during the day was nice. But, someone has to support these 6 kids, so off to work he must go. LOL!
Of course our week wasn't all fun and games. There was that one night that we spent in the E.R. Poor Madelyn! She was outside with Michael and ran inside ahead of him. Playing around like she always does, she tried to hold the door shut. Michael pushed the door open and the handle hit her in the head causing a laceration above her eyebrow. Thankfully, it was easily closed with Dermabond. She was very brave! It was her first ever trip to the E.R. Actually, she has never been to the doctor for anything but a well visit, so I am very proud of how brave she was! Hopefully that will be the last trip to the E.R. for the Adams family this year!
I am planning to ease myself back into regular blogging this week and we have some fun activities. We are also planning some fun trips throughout the summer and I can't wait to share them with you! And yes, we will finally finish the Alphabet Book! I hope you will all come back again!
